I. Album, Processing, Delivery

a. What is the album difference of your simple express or deluxe package  ?
For simple express album, we have good quality album with black wood cover, elegant style with ready template .
For deluxe album, your edited photos would be place to album have custom and special collage design with unique and minimalist modern box.

b. How long your staff will deliver the album ?
The albums will delivered to you depends on which package you have. For simple express, you will have your album 2-3 days after photo session finished .

c. Does the package price include delivery to other country ?
You will have free charge service when we deliver your album in Bali (Hotel or Villas). We’re so sorry in advance, delivery to your country upon request at an extra charge.

II. Photographer

a. How many photographers will be on photo session ?
For pre-wedding/honeymoon/engagement , there are 2 photographers and 1 lighting assistant,
For wedding, we have 1 main photographer by Rudy Lin, and 1 assistant photographer for candid and backup.

III. Images

a. How many images would be in photo session ?
We can’t make sure how many images would be taken  depends on several things, but minimum of 3 hours photosession you will have minimum of 80 original photos.

b. Can I have all the  images or the edited files only ?
You will have all original files, master (high resolution) and edited files on DVD with exclusive cover photo.
